Changes are inevitable when we age. But these changes do not have to be all negative. Growing older does not have to mean getting weaker or falling ill. Aging can also be done gracefully and healthily if we are willing to make some changes to our lifestyles.   • Take care of your mental health
    Managing stress by doing yoga, meditating, keeping a journal, and doing other mindfulness practices can do wonders for your mental health. Companionship also helps. So connect with your family and friends regularly.
